This GIF combines two ideas that I’ve been thinking a lot about recently. Firstly, it uses an ocean simulation which loops perfectly, and is also tiled across the scene so that the camera can pan across during the clip.
Secondly, I like the idea of having a point of reference in the background which the observer is always moving toward, but that never gets closer.
